Delivery Policy

The Society for the History of Religions is a non-profit association. Through this website it publishes information about the Religions 360° congress; registration fees are paid by bank transfer, and the association may also receive voluntary donations and contributions processed via the Wise and Stripe payment platforms.

No physical goods are sold through this website. Accordingly, there is no shipping, courier or physical delivery, and no delivery costs are charged.

What is delivered electronically is the confirmation of payment and the corresponding supporting document, sent exclusively by e-mail:

• Card payment confirmation — sent automatically immediately after the transaction is authorised by the payment processor;
• Registration confirmation — sent by the organising committee after the bank transfer is recorded;
• Supporting document — sent within a maximum of 5 working days from the date of receipt;
• Physical delivery — not applicable.

Authorised card transactions are recorded on the same working day; the e-mail confirmation is generated automatically. Bank transfers are confirmed after they are recorded in the association's account, which may take several working days depending on the banks involved.

If you do not receive a card-payment confirmation within 24 hours, please check the spam folder of your mailbox before contacting the association.

No additional fee is charged by the association. For card payments, the amount debited is identical to the amount selected in the form; the card transaction currency is RON, and for cards issued in another currency the issuing bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees.

Congress fees are payable in EUR by bank transfer; all bank transfer charges are borne by the participant, as stated on the Participate page.
