Dietary Options Form

Registration for all Congress participants and their accompanying persons includes water, coffee, light refreshments and lunches for all the six days.

To help us provide suitable meals and refreshments during the Congress, please let us know if you have any dietary requirements, food allergies, or intolerances.

The form is intended only for registered, fee-paying participants. The information provided below will be used exclusively for catering arrangements during the event.
