Full programme to be published in August

With the closing of the general registration period on 31 July 2026, the Organizing Committee has begun finalising the scientific programme of the Congress. More than 700 accepted papers from scholars representing 57 countries will be arranged into parallel sessions across the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of History of the University of Bucharest.

The full programme — including panel assignments, room allocations, and the complete schedule of keynote lectures — will be published on this website in early August 2026. Registered participants will also be notified by email.

Participants without papers and accompanying persons may still register until 21 August; registration for the Congress Banquet (EUR 75) remains open until 14 September.
